All 1 night stays are taken in full at the time of booking.
For all other stays a deposit of £55 per room is required to secure the booking.
All deposits are non refundable.

Child rates apply for children up to UP TO 10 yrs depends on age. over 10 discount given if sharing with adults. over 14 full adult price .

And are requested to vacated by 10.00am day of departure Please note we reserve the right to re-let accommodation that has not been taken up by 6 pm unless arrangements have been made for late check in we would appreciate a call to let us know of your arrival time .Any holiday shortened without prior notice on arrival or after arrival will be paid for in full .
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. |
